The entry of this fast-paced transport system into interior locations paved the way for big real estate houses to change the cityscape of these low-lying places into trendy hot-spots. This was a big encouragement for the real-estate builders to venture into all these distant locations. Connectivity with different places also improved and will keep on improving in the future through the metro routes.

Property Sites in Kolkata – From Dum Dum, Belgachia in the north to Naktala, Boral in the south, the metro gradually and eventually covers a lot of places from North to South and now it’s also arriving in Salt Lake, New Town and some other places. With its progress, the surrounding neighbourhoods are also witnessing the construction of property sites in variable sizes and financial capacities. The builders are acquiring large acres of land near metro stations and also in those places for their property sites in Kolkata.
